General Information About Your Stay At Grisverde Suites

Using tobacco products such as cigarettes, hookah, and similar tobacco-containing smoky substances is strictly prohibited in the room

Please use the overshoes at the main entrance of the building. Do not share the entrance code with anyone.

Room Service : You can easily order breakfast, meals, or drinks from your room

Please collect your orders at the main entrance downstairs. Entry of foreigners into the building is prohibited.

Please use slippers inside the apartment. The apartment cleaning is done once a week. Kindly dispose of your trash in the garbage container at the street corner instead of accumulating it. The ventilation fan in the bathrooms will turn off 2 minutes after you switch off the light.

Upon your arrival, a one-time provision of 1.5-liter water and complimentary coffee will be placed in your refrigerator, along with coffee selections on the countertop. Please refrain from using the kettle to prepare anything other than water, such as coffee or noodles. We do not offer full kitchen access; you are welcome to utilize only the kettle and the refrigerator.

We offer a paid laundry service for washing clothes.

We kindly request that you do not accumulate your trash and instead dispose of it in the waste container at the street corner

Ironing in the rooms is forbidden, you can use iron in our ironing area for free. Please ask.

Your Wi-Fi password is your identification or passport number in lowercase letters.

The doors are smart doors. When you hear a beep signal upon exiting, it means your door is not fully closed. Please ensure it is properly closed.

“OUTSIDE OF BUSINESS HOURS – SELF CHECK-IN SERVICE: You can complete the self check-in process by sending us the passports photos of the individuals staying in your room via WhatsApp one day prior to your arrival. This way, you will avoid any issues during your check-in outside of business hours, and your Wi-Fi password, room key, and other details will be set up before you enter your room. After the process is completed, we will provide you with detailed information via WhatsApp regarding building access, room entry, and passwords.”

The check-out time is 11:00 AM. Please inform us via WhatsApp 1 hour before your departure. When leaving the room, kindly leave the window in the living room slightly open from the top to ventilate the room.
