The check-out time is 11:00 AM. Please inform us via WhatsApp 1 hour before your departure. When leaving the room, kindly leave the window in the living room slightly open from the top to ventilate the room.

Please, upon checkout, place dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run it. Leave the countertop clean. Dispose of the trash in the street garbage container.

We kindly request that you do not accumulate your trash and instead dispose of it in the waste container at the street corner

Activities that may disturb the neighbors, such as celebrations, parties, playing loud music, or watching TV at high volumes, are prohibited

We will inform your wifi password via whatsapp before check-in

Please make sure that the windows and balcony doors are closed when you exit the apartment.
